I founded Parkland Consulting Group because I kept seeing the same thing. Good businesses make big decisions on instinct and emotion, while the answers are sitting right in front of them, in their customers, their teams and their numbers.
My work is to find those patterns and translate them into clear, practical moves that help a business grow, scale and communicate.

As Senior Director of Digital Enablement, I owned the digital guest experience end to end: the app, website, online ordering and loyalty journeys, plus the POS systems and customer data platform behind them.

Before that, I built Parkland to help brands across ecommerce, retail, beauty and food and beverage show up online and grow.
